Our service desk is available on a daily basis to report malfunctions. You can also use our real-time ticket system. This allows you to report malfunctions online. In the ticket system we log everything per container, so you can always view the history. Are you reporting a malfunction? We will follow up immediately, so that it is resolved as quickly as possible and users experience as little inconvenience as possible.

Electronic maintenance
Maintenance is important to make your waste containers last as long as possible. Newwaste provides both electronic and mechanical maintenance. With electronic maintenance we ensure that the electronic parts of the containers remain operational and that they are always equipped with the most recent functionalities. We do this with Over-The-Air (OTA) updates, so we don’t have to physically visit all the containers to keep them up to date, which means significant savings on CO2 emissions.

Mechanical maintenance
By mechanical maintenance we mean the inspection, refurbishing, and repairing of waste containers. It is important to have the mechanical condition of the containers checked regularly, so that no dangerous situations can occur. We also carry out the resulting repair work, such as replacing parts or welding. Do the containers no longer appear to be in good condition? Sometimes it is enough to have them refurbished. Your containers will be like new again for a lower investment. For the refurbishing of containers, we often use people with a distance from the job market. This way we contribute to employment and society in a sustainable way.
